Gary brings a one-of-a-kind combination of hands-on technical mastery, genuine people-first instincts, and an almost uncanny ability to walk into a problem and walk out with a solution. That's not a coincidence — it's the product of a life lived at full throttle. He's called a boat home, scaled skyscrapers to install large-scale murals across the country, helped engineer machinery that pushed the boundaries of what's possible in the sciences, and — by his own account — may or may not have a second life on the high seas. 🏴‍☠️

What ties all of that together is the same thing that makes him exceptional in this role: Gary is relentlessly resourceful, deeply curious, and genuinely invested in the people around him. He doesn't just fix problems — he understands systems, anticipates breakdowns before they happen, and finds smarter ways forward.

As Director of Operations, Gary oversees the day-to-day functionality of Canyonside Labs' facility and operations, ensuring that our manufacturing environment runs at the standard our clients expect and our team deserves. His technical background gives him credibility on the floor; his communication style and humor give him credibility everywhere else.
